Do I need to be home or at the location of delivery?
We will need someone 18 years or older at the time of delivery to fill out and sign our waiver. A copy of our waiver can be found under Terms and conditions.
I can not find any available times to book my Event?
If there is a day or time that is not available for your event please send us a email or call to see if we are able to accommodate your day and/or time.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of booking.
What are your hours of Operation? We are open from 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday. Please contact us if you need hours outside of our business hour range
What is your Cancelation Policy?
To receive a full refund you must cancel 14 days prior to your event. Any cancelation made less than 14 days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee
Spinsational Ridez has a right to cancel your event on short notice if we determine weather will be a safety hazard for participants or harmful to our equipment in any way due to Inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc) we will issue a refund after booking has been made. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds due to processing with your bank. After our Setup is complete at your Event location, No Refunds will be given.
How do I reserve the 360 Rolling car or any other services you offer?
We want to make your experience easy for everyone, you can book directly on the website,call or email. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been made. Following your payment, you will receive and event detail email
Can I add additional time once you are already at my event?
If we do not have another booking, we are more than happy to add additional time to your event. However payment would be due immediately.
How much space is required for your 360 Rolling Car ?
To ensure safety a wide 26x26 area must be free of all debris including rocks, branches, etc. If you have doubts that the equipment will fit, feel free to email us a photo of the area. No operation on muddy ground, sand, rock or water.
Is there and age limit on the 360 Rolling car?
We Recommend children be 48" (4ft tall) and feet need to be able to touch the bottom of the 360 Rolling Car
Do I need a permit to hold my event at a park?
Some public gatherings such as parks and other venues may require permits or have certain restrictions. Please be sure you have permission for us to setup and inform us if there are any permits or restrictions. If we are unable to setup when we arrive to your event due to property issues you will not receive a refund.
Why do you charge for mileage?
The mileage fee is applied to any location over 75 miles from Chandler, AZ to cover the additional costs associated with transporting and delivering our 360 Rolling Car or any one of our other services to your location. It includes expenses such as fuel, vehicle maintenance involved to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your event. If your location is over 175 miles please email us.
